Use the same real-world name everywhere; avoid adding suburb or keyword text unless it is part of the registered name.

02 Street address

Suite, unit, street and postcode should match your website, directory profiles and map listings.

03 Primary phone

Use the number clients should call first, formatted consistently and answered during the hours shown.

04 Opening hours

Include public-holiday changes and clearly separate normal hours from emergency or after-hours arrangements.

05 Website and booking link

Links should resolve directly, use HTTPS and take clients to the correct location or booking path.

06 Services and species

List only services currently offered and state species limits, referral requirements and availability.

07 Emergency information

Make it explicit whether the practice provides emergency care, after-hours triage or referral to another hospital.

08 Current photos

Show the actual entrance, reception, team and facilities; remove outdated branding and duplicated stock images.
